Our REI 120 fire doors are engineered to withstand fire, maintaining the look of regular internal doors. Upon detecting a fire, the door automatically closes to hinder the spread of flames.
- Door Construction: Galvanized steel sheet ('Sendzimir' system), press-folded, spot-welded, with 4-sided rebate and internal reinforcements. Insulated with treated mineral wool, includes plates for door closers and handles
- Frame Details: Galvanized steel sheet ('Sendzimir' system) with seats for gaskets. Wall-mountable with brackets or dowels. Removable floor strip, plastic strikers, and heat-expanding gaskets on vertical and central profiles
- Hinge System: Two three-wing hinges per leaf. One load-bearing with vertical adjustment, CE marked, rated for 160 kg and 200,000 cycles. One with spring for self-closing
- Safety Features: Two safety rostra on the hinge side
- Lock Mechanism: Reversible with latch and deadbolt, CE marked (EN 12209). Compatible with patent key and European type cylinder
- Emergency Operation: Horizontal aluminum bar for lock operation
- Identification: Metallic plate with door data, regulation-compliant
- Surface Finish: Epoxy-polyester powder paint at 180°, scratch-resistant
