The 3-in-1 Multi jet from Karcher includes the: Vario, Dirt blaster and Detergent lances into one. By twisting the lance you can move through the different lance options. If you have a Karcher Full Control Plus model you will be able to change the pressure setting by using the +/- settings on the Trigger Gun. This lance is only compatible with K7 Full Control Plus models.
